Detroit City Tax Deductn Code Select the Detroit City tax deduction from Deduction (PR05.1).

PA Local combine by W2 Desc Select whether you want the W-2 Form Printing (PR297) to perform additional functionality for Pennsylvania reporting. If Yes, the PR297 will reference the PA TCD W2 description defined by company/process level in the PA state tax authority, combine local tax amounts by W2 description for reporting in Box 18, 19 and 20 (taxable wages are reported from the city tax deduction, if a city tax deductions is not found then school district taxable wages are reported), and report override amounts from Employee Year-End PA TCD Override (PR11.5). If No or blank, then the W2 description from the local tax authority will default and YTD amounts will list separately.
Philadelphia Tax Authority Select the Philadelphia Tax Authority from United States Tax Authority (PR06.1) if there are any employees with Philadelphia W-2 reportable amounts. Identifying your Philadelphia local tax authority is necessary to prevent defaulting the PA TCD W2 description for Philadelphia taxes. This would apply if you have selected Yes for the PA Local combine by W2 Desc above and have specified the PA TCD W2 description by Company/Process Level in the Add’l EIN button of your PA state tax authority. By specifying the Philadelphia tax authority, the W2 description for the Philadelphia local tax amounts will default from the Philadelphia tax authority.
Print Return Address on Form 3 Select whether to print the employer return address on the Pressure Seal Laser, PR297 Form Option 3.
Print Run Totals on last W-2 Select N to suppress printing of the Comp/PL totals on the output W2 forms.

Specify an override description for Box 14 printing of RRTA amounts. You can override the default 5 character value with a user defined value of up to 5 characters. The default descriptions are RRTA, MEDCR, AMDTX, Tier 1, Tier 2.
Supplemental Address

Select whether to use employees' supplemental addresses.

If Yes, the Payroll application prints supplemental addresses on the W-2 forms for all employees. If an employee does not have a valid supplemental address defined on Employee (HR11.1), the application prints the employee's home address from HR11.1. A valid supplemental address includes an address line, city, state, and postal code.

If No, the Payroll system prints employees' home addresses on all the W-2 forms.

Suppress Occ Tax State

If you select Yes in the Suppress Occupational Tax data item, you can select up to five individual states to suppress the occupational tax only for those states selected.

This data item is not used by EFW2 File Creation (PR299) or US Territory W-2 Form Printing (PR252).

Note: Use the expanded view if you must specify more than one state.
Suppress Local Txbl Ded Group Select a deduction group, defined in Deduction Group (PR02.2), that represents any local tax deductions for which you do NOT want the year end programs to report taxable wages. The year end programs (PR297 and PR299) will suppress printing the taxable wage for all identified local taxes. This is used if taxable wage was tracked in error for all employees.
Suppress Occupational Tax

Select whether to suppress occupational tax when you run W-2 Form Printing (PR297).

If you select Yes, the Payroll application does not include taxes that are defined with a tax category of 51 (Occupational Tax) or 84 (Local Services Tax) on Deduction (PR05.1) on the W-2 form.

Optionally, you can select up to five individual states to suppress the occupational tax only for those states selected.

This data item is not used by EFW2 File Creation (PR299) or US Territory W-2 Form Printing (PR252).

WI W-2/EFW2 $0 Record EE Group Select the employee group that identifies the employees for inclusion in Wisconsin regulatory reporting when the employee has an active Wisconsin state tax but no withholding for the tax year. When you run W-2 Form Printing (PR297) and EFW2 File Creation (PR299), the application verifies that each employee in the employee group has a Wisconsin state tax deduction and then includes them in reporting.
Yonkers Tax Authority Select the Yonkers Tax Authority from United States Tax Authority (PR06.1) if there are any employees with Yonkers W-2 reportable amounts.
