ACA Reporting Entity Information

Use the ACA Reporting Entity Information (BN27.1) to create the additional employer information that is required for the Year End programs ACA Regulatory Reporting (BN297) and ACA XML File Creation (BN299) for 1094 and 1095 reporting. If the BN297 or BN299 job parameters fields are blank, then the fields will originate from ACA Reporting Entity Information (BN27.1).

Key Fields: Populate these fields then Inquire to display the Data Items for each topic. Values can be defined for the Data Items that show for each topic.

  1. Access ACA Employer Year-End Parameters (BN27.1).
  2. Specify this information:
    Company

    Select a company number.

    Country Code

    Select US.

    Year

    Select a year for which to create year-end parameters.

    Reporting Entity

    Select the process level that relates to either the Head Process Level Payroll structure (PR09) or the ACA Year-End ALE Member (BN00.7) if BN00.7 is set up for ACA processing.

    Topic

    Select a topic and inquire to display Data Items.

    • R1 ALE Member Info

      Update ALE Member information in the Data Values.

    • R2 Issuer/Provider

      Update the issuer/provider details and address information.

    • R3 Designated Gov’t Entity

      Update DGE contact and address details.

    • R4 Employer Other Options

      Update other options at the employer level.
