Updating form 4029

On Form 4029, the "Instructions to Employers" specify in the section "Preparation of Form W-2" to specify "Form 4029" in the box marked "Other" and do not make any entries in the boxes for Social Security wages, Medicare wages, Social Security tax withheld, or Medicare tax withheld.

Note: The employer must be identified as a Form 4029 Employer in Year End Parameters (PR27.1), Topic W0 Employer Information. In the Data Item for Form 4029 Employer, specify a Y for the applicable Company/Report Entity. With this set up, PR297 will check the PR11.1 set up for printing "FORM 4029".
