Vertex O Connector overview

The Vertex O Connector (the Connector) provides an interface between Lawson systems and the Vertex O Series Tax system.

The relevant fields from Lawson are sent to Vertex for tax calculation, then returned to Lawson and stored in the proper tables. You can also look up for geocodes. Infor Lawson currently supports Vertex O version 9. It works within the Tax, PO/AP, and AR/BL systems. Infor Lawson integrates with Vertex to calculate tax automatically on every transaction. Vertex is a third-party software and users must contact Vertex for items that pertain to that software. This user guide will only address the Infor Lawson portion of this solution.
