Allocation Journal Control (SL15.1)

Use Allocation Journal Control (SL15) to provide the ability to change the allocation journal status. The Allocation Calculation (SL110) creates a journal in a released status. The journal can then be anlayzed in SL14, released in SL14 or SL15 and interfaced using SL120.
