GL65 - Enabled GL65.5 to map the Activity and Account Category fields

This feature enabled the Line Detail List (GL65.5) program to process and interface the Project Activity and Account Category information from LeaseQuery to the GL interface file (GLTRANSREL). Additional GL fields were added to align with GL65.1.
