MA43, MA126, and MA540 - Vertex 9 Cloud supportability in Infor Lawson MA systems

This enhancement is made on MA43, MA126, and MA540 to support Vertex O Series 9. This enhancement also provides performance improvement on Vertex processing for the supported online and batch programs by sending text data as input which will be translated to a XML file by Vertex Connector process flows.
