HR11 and PR36 - Hybrid remote working flag issue

When populating an employee's HR11 Location with *HOME and Remote field to Not Remote/Hybrid, the employee's HR11 home or supplemental address is used as the default information to time records for taxation. However, it also allows overriding of the location on the time record to an office location for that location's taxation.

This is different from setting the employee to full-time remote on HR11 where you cannot override the location on the time record.
