AP05 - Added identifier field in the AP05.3 form to allow update or mass upload through Add-ins

Customers can now specify which lines to update in AP05.3 Distribution code for mass upload through Add-ins using Position to field (PT-SEQ-NBR). The display sequence number for each line is also displayed in the AP05.3 form.
