PR13, PR80, and PR140 - Exempt qualified nonresident aliens from FICA taxes - BSI

This feature enhancement enabled the Exempt FICA tax calculations for qualified nonresident alien-type employees by using the existing Employee Level variable, Employee Type, and the new value 5. This may be used in lieu of passing the Tax Level and Tax Exempt value 2 for each FICA tax record.
