W-2 Form Printing (PR297)

Run W-2 Form Printing (PR297) to create W-2 forms for government reporting, an edit report in either detail or summary format, or a negative wage report showing all employees with negative wages for the year.

You can define parameters to include all employees or a range of employees associated with a company, process level, or report entity.

Note: PR297 is not an update program, so you can run it at any time during the year to verify employee totals.
