Payroll Cycle Status (PR00.1)
Use Payroll Cycle Status (PR00.1) to view the status of the current payroll and time accrual cycles for all process levels.
Status indicators are * (Program has been run), R (Program in process), E (Program ended in error), and Blank (Program has not been run). When PR197 (Payroll Close) completes successfully, the * indicator clears from payroll cycle programs. The * indicator clears from time accrual cycle programs when TA199 (Time Accrual Close) completes successfully.

Payroll cycle programs that display are TP135 (Tip Calculation), PR132 (FLSA Overtime Calculation), PR140 (Earnings and Deductions Calculation), PR160 (Payment Print), and PR197 (Payroll Close). Time Accrual programs that display are TA170 (Time Accrual Update) and TA199 (Time Accrual Close).
