Update New Fields in Files (PO780)

Run Update New Fields in Files (PO780) to update the new fields in the REQUESTER and BUYER (UNIX/Windows) or DBRQREQ and DBPOBUY (IBM i) files. The new fields are listed on the REQUESTER and BUYER (UNIX/Windows) or DBRQREQ and DBPOBUY (System i) maintenance forms. This program will list those records that had the old manual override flag set to Yes. After you run this program, you will have to manually update the REQUESTER and BUYER (UNIX/Windows) or DBRQREQ and DBPOBUY (IBM i) records for which the override flags must be set to Yes.
