Use Preliminary Job Budget (PA73.1) to create a budget by job during the budget planning period.
You can create a comma-separated value (CSV) file that holds your budget data and exports it into a spreadsheet where you can prepare your budget.
Processing Effect
PA73.1 displays only preliminary budget records, which are records with an effective date later than the budget approved through date defined in PA06.1 (Position Rules).
The system ensures that the budget information you enter in this form meets any limits you defined in PA06.1.
