Processing Effect
Applicants are qualified for a position if they meet the essential education, competency, and certification requirements defined for the position in PA08.1 (Qualifying Criteria). You can authorized applicants who do not meet the essential requirements of a position by using PA37.1 (Applicant Qualification Override).

An applicant's education must have a complete date to meet the education requirement of a position.
