Employee Position Qualification (PA64.2)
Use Employee Position Qualification (PA64.2) to view all positions for which an employee is qualified or authorized.
Note: An employee's education must have a complete date to meet the
education requirement of a position.
Processing Effect
Employees are qualified for a position if they meet the essential education, competency, and certification requirements defined for the position in Qualifying Criteria (PA08.1). You can authorize employees who do not meet the essential requirements of a position for consideration by using Employee Qualification Override (PA23.1).
