Veterans Employment Report (PA393)

Run Veterans Employment Report (PA393) to create the VETS-100 report only, VETS-100A report only, both VETS-100 and VETS-100A, or VETS-4212.

You can run the report for an entire company or for up to five establishments within a company.

Employees are selected to include in the report according to:

Veteran status during the reporting period
Employee status during the reporting period

The report includes employees who are eligible for pay according to their employee status during the reporting period. The VETS-100 report includes employees who are assigned a status of Special Disabled Veteran, Vietnam Era Veteran, Disabled Vietnam Veteran, or Other Eligible Veterans on Employee (HR11).

The VETS-100A report includes Disabled Veterans, Other Protected Veterans, Armed Forces Service Medal Veterans, and Recently Separated Veterans

For each job category, the report lists the number of current and new employees who are:

Disabled veterans
Other Protected Veterans
Armed Forces Service Medal Veterans (for VETS-100A report only)
Recently Separated Veterans
Vietnam era veterans (for VETS-100 report only)
Total veteran and non-veteran new employees of all statuses

Use the new VETS-4212 report to consolidate veterans categories and report information for Protected Veterans.

The report only includes employees from the U.S. (all 50 states and the District of Columbia).
