Position and Job Listing (PA213)

Run Position and Job Listing (PA213) to print a list of information about employee positions or jobs.

You can list current information, historical information, or both. Five report options are available:

  • Detail, which lists the position or job code, process level, department, user level, location, direct and indirect supervisor, union, work schedule, shift, FTE, schedule, and pay rate for the employees you select.
  • History, which lists personnel actions and reasons for the employees you select.
  • Pay Rate Summary, which lists pay rate amounts in the transaction, base, and reporting currency.
  • Audit All-Duplicate Positions, which checks all employees and all position levels for duplicate employee positions. This report checks to see if any employees have identical position information for two or more positions.
  • Audit Changes-Duplicate Positions, which checks employees and positions levels within a date range you enter. This report checks to see if any employees have identical position information for two or more positions. It uses a date range so that the report does not take as long to run.
