To list only attribute values within a list, select a list in the List field. The list must be valid for the object type you select.

To sequence the report by object type (for example by accounting unit for ACCTU attributes or by asset for ASSET attributes) select O (Object Type) in the Report Sequence Field. To sequence the report by attribute, select A (Attribute) in the Sequence Report field.

If you select the Accounting Unit (ACCTU) object type, use the Object ACCTU Effective Date field to indicate whether to include the effective date values in the report. Select Y (Yes) to include both the regular and effective date values; select O (Only) to include only effective date values. Leave this field blank to exclude effective date values from the report.
