Viewing Strategic Ledger data online

After you summarize transactions to a ledger, you can view and analyze Strategic Ledger data online to verify amounts before you define a data mart. This procedure shows you how to view Strategic Ledger data online

Note: You can use the Drill Around feature to view additional information.
  1. Use Ledger Analysis (SL95.1).
  2. Select the strategic ledger including the User Analysis Values and fiscal year that you want to view. You can view transaction amounts according to the user analysis, attribute, and general ledger information defined for the ledger in Strategic Ledger (SL50.1).
  3. Use the Next or Previous form actions to display transaction amounts for the next or previous record. Records display in the order they are posted.
  4. If you discover errors, then you must create a reversing entry in the Lawson application where the transaction originated and redefine your data.
