Purging Strategic Ledger information

You can delete or purge Strategic Ledger information for a user analysis group. This program deletes transactions from each user analysis field included in the user analysis group. You can delete transactions for a specific date or within a range of dates.

Use this program to delete transactions that were added in error, not in use anymore, or contain transaction errors.

Note: You cannot undo the deletion process.
  1. Access Strategic Ledger Trans Purge (SL300).
  2. Select the user analysis group, and optionally, a date or range of dates that contain the transactions that you want to delete.
