Report Writer audit analysis
The audit analysis menu (RW91.0) contains selections that allow you to transfer to these forms:

The filter button in each form can be used to limit the number of records that are displayed. Each form also has a listing of the audit records. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
RW Report Definition Audit
The RW Report Definition Audit (RW91.1) has a Report parameter field and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to RWREQUEST on RW00. Only changes made by the user on the report setup will be tracked in this audit.
RW Header Audit
The RW Header Audit (RW91.2) has parameter fields called Type and Name and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to the RWHEADER file on FB01, RW03, RW10, RW11, RW40, and RW60. Only changes made by the user to the Budget User Class, User Class, Rows, Define Accounts Row, Level Group, and Total Range will be tracked in this audit.
RW Row Detail Audit
The RW Row Detail Audit (RW91.3) has parameter fields called Type and Name and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to the RWROWDET file on RW10, RW11, RW60, and RW210. Only changes made by the user on these programs will be tracked in this audit.
RW Format Audit
The RW Format Audit Analysis (RW91.4) has one parameter field called Format Name and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to the RWFORMAT file. Only changes made by the user on these programs will be tracked in this audit.
Ratio Analysis Audit
The Ratio Analysis Audit (RW91.5) has a parameter field called Ration Name and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to the RADEFINE file in RW30. Only changes made by the user to the ratios will be tracked in this audit.
Compute Audit
The Compute Audit (RW91.6) has a parameter field called Compute Name and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to the CMPUTE file in RW50. Only changes made by the user to the Compute Statement will be tracked in this audit.
Total Names Audit
The Total Names Audit Analysis (RW91.7) has two parameter fields called Total Name and Fiscal Year and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to the RATOTALS file. Only changes made by the user on these programs will be tracked in this audit
RW Group Detail Audit
The RW Group Detail Audit (RW91.8) has parameter fields called Record Type and Name and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to RWGRPDET file on RW40. Only changes made by the user to the Level Group, Account Group, or Subaccount group will be tracked in this audit.
RW User Class Audit
The RW User Class Audit (RW91.9) has parameter fields called Type and User Class and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to RWUSER on FB01 and RW03. Only changes made by the user to User Class will be tracked in this audit.
