Creating a row listing

You can produce a report that lists the row information that you have defined. Use this listing as an audit report to manage your row definitions. You can also use this program to resequence line numbers for rows in which lines were inserted or deleted.

  1. Run Row Listing (RW210).
  2. Use these guidelines to specify the field values:
    Report Selection

    Make a selection in one of the Report Selection fields to indicate if you want to create a listing for a specific row, for an entire folder, or for a specific row type such as accounts, levels, or both.

    Sequence

    Select how you want the report organized. The default setting is Folder, or you can select Name to sequence by row name.

    Resequence

    Select if you want this program to resequence row line numbers in increments of 10. For example, if you have row lines numbered 10, 11, 20, then this option resequences the row lines to number 10, 20, 30. The default setting is No.

    Note: Use this feature to resequence line numbers for rows in which lines were inserted or deleted.
