Suppressing zero amount lines from printing

You might have a report with lines that have zero amounts in them. By default, Report Writer prints these lines on the report. You can use this procedure to suppress the zero amount lines from printing if you do not want to see them on your report.

  1. Access Report Writer (RW00.1).
  2. On the options tab, set the Print Blanks field to No.
  3. Access Format (RW20.1). Click New Format to access Define Format (RW20.2).
  4. Select the Column Defaults tab, or click More on RW20.1 to access Column Options (RW20.3) (for each amount column).
  5. Set the Blank when Zero field to Yes on RW20.2 or RW20.3.
