Copying a report
You can create a new report by copying an existing one. This provides a fast way to duplicate report parameter information that is similar to a report you have already defined. After copying a report, you can modify it to create a report with a slight variation. Use this procedure to copy a report.
- Access Report Writer (RW00.1).
- Click Copy to access Report Copy (RW00.6).
- Specify a name for the new report that you want to create.
- Select the folder where you want to put the new report.
- Select the existing report that you want to copy.
