Copying a total range

If you are defining a new total range that is similar to an existing one, then you can copy the existing total range and make changes. This provides a fast way to duplicate total range information without redefining new total range information.

  1. Access Total Range (RW60.1).
  2. Click New Range to open the Define Total Range (60.2) subform.
  3. Click Copy to open the Total Range Copy (60.3) subform.
  4. Copy a total range. Use these guidelines to specify the field values:
    New Total Range

    Specify a name and description that identifies the total range that you want to create.

    Folder

    Select a folder where you want to store the total range information.

    Copy Total Range

    Select the total range that you want to copy.
