Creating a format listing

You can list the report format information that you have defined. Use this listing as an audit report to manage your format definitions. You have the option to list information by format name or by folder name. Use this procedure to create a format listing.

  1. Run Format Listing (RW220).
  2. Use these guidelines to specify the field values:
    Report Selection

    Make a selection in one of the Report Selection fields to indicate if you want to create a listing for a specific format or for all formats in folder.

    Sequence

    Select how you want the report organized. The default setting is Folder, or you can select Name to sequence by format name.

    Option

    Select the amount of detail to include in the report. The default setting is Detail, which prints all components of a format. You can select Summary to print main format parameters.
