Optional procedure for creating a manual list

You can convert an automatic list to a manual list. This lets you use an automatic list as the starting point, which can be a time saver, while still giving you the flexibility of adding or removing individual items or requesting locations.

This procedure is irreversible. You cannot convert a manual list back to automatic.

  1. Access List (MX10.1) and select the list you want to convert.
    Note: To preserve the automatic list, copy it to a new list name using List Copy (MX10.3), then convert the new list to a manual list.
  2. Click the New List button to access Define List (MX10.2).
  3. Click the Manual List button to access one of these, based on the object type:

    • Manual Item List (IC56.4)

    • Manual RQ Location List (RQ01.5)

  4. Click the Convert to Manual button to convert the automatic list to a manual list.
