Releasing the shipment online

This procedure outlines the process for releasing the shipment using the online method. You can also use batch shipment release. Batch releasing the shipment

  1. Access the form used for shipping feedback in the previous procedure:
    To perform shipment release Use
    By document number Shipping Feedback by Document (WH32.1)
    For one shipment (requisition) at a time Shipping Feedback by Shipment (WH32.2)
    For an entire batch Shipping by Batch (WH32.3)
    Provide feedback for bin-tracked items (in bin sequence order.) Bin Sequence Shipping Feedback (WH32.4)
  2. Inquire on the shipment number for the shipment you want to release.
  3. Select the Release special action.
