Participants

Vendor agreement participants are people or departments that have permission to use a particular vendor agreement defined for a procurement group. They might be associated with a specific company, location, or requisition location. You can define as many participants as you want for a particular vendor agreement.

If you tie one participant location to a vendor agreement, the vendor price agreement can be used by that participant location. Otherwise, if you assign no participants to a vendor agreement, it can be used by anyone in the procurement group.
