Report on Canadian Hirings
Run Report on Hirings (PR286) to create a Canadian hiring details report. The information on this report is used by the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) to detect and deter overpayments of employment insurance benefits.
The First Day Worked field on Employee (HR11.1) must be completed in order for an employee to appear on the report. There is no defaulting to hire or adjusted hire dates. In addition, to report the first day worked in the correct format, the dd/mm/yy date format must be used.
- Access Report on Hirings (PR286).
- Type a Job name and Description.
- Type or select applicable parameters.
- Select whether the process level or company address will appear on the report.
- Run the report.
