To print a summary or detail report

  1. Access US Affordable Care Act (PR271).
  2. Type the Job Name and Description.
  3. Select required report parameters including these:
    Analysis Date Range

    Select a date range for the report.

    Hire Date

    Select which employee record Hire Date to use for this report.

    Report Option

    Select whether to run the Summary or Detail report.

  4. Filter employees and payroll records using any of these options:
    • Employee

    • Employee Group

    • Employee Status Code

    • Pay Class

    • Salary Class
