If you want to create details of the general ledger transactions for each payment and employee, set the Create Distributions fields on Company (HR00.1) and Process Level (HR01.1) to Y (Yes). If these fields are not set to Y, General Ledger Posting (PR198) deletes the detailed PRDISTRB (UNIX/Windows) DBPRPRD (IBMi) records.
