Verifying Quarterly Reporting Information
Use United States Tax Authority (PR06.1) and Employee Taxes (PR13.1) to verify quarterly reporting information.
To verify quarterly reporting information
- Access United States Tax Authority (PR06.1).
- Verify that employer account numbers are defined for each state for which you file quarterly reports.
- Click the Additional EIN (Employer Identification Number) button to open the Additional EIN subform.
- Verify that the employer account numbers are defined for process levels on the Additional EIN subform.
- Click the State Reporting button to open the State subform.
- Verify that additional information for the state associated with the tax authority is defined.

Click the State Rpt button to open the State subform,
and verify that additional information required by the employee's
work state is defined. The following states require additional employee
information for quarterly reporting.
