Seniority Audit Report

Use Seniority Audit Report (PR284) to identify employees with payroll hours seniority records that are not consistent with their current status (that is, part time or full time). you can view the seniority Records in Payroll Hours (PR88.1)

To run seniority audit report

  1. Access Seniority Audit Report (PR284).
  2. Type Job Name and Description.
  3. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Company

    Select the company for which Payroll Seniority hours should be evaluated.

    Part Time Employee Group

    Select the employee group.

    Include or Exclude

    If an employee status code is entered, select whether employees with that status code should be included in or excluded from this report. For example, Part Time employees who terminate will still have Total Hours records. Since they are no longer part of the Part Time Employee Group, they will list on this report unless Terminated status code is excluded from the report.

    Employee Status

    If the Include/Exclude field is entered, then select the corresponding employee status.
