Creating a Purchase Order from a template

Create PO From Procurement Template (PO27.3) allows a buyer to create a new purchase order from a template.

To create a purchase order from a template

  1. Access PO From Procurement Template (PO27.3).
  2. Type or select the purchase order header information.
  3. Select the Add form action.

    System displays Select and Copy Template (PO27.4).

  4. In PO27.4, set the quantity, UOM, and line details per template line.
  5. Add the desired line(s).
  6. Create the PO.
