Extracting data from item and location master

Use this report to extract data from the item and location master.

Extract data from item and location master file

  1. Access Item Master/Item Location Extract (IC511).
  2. Specify Job Name and Description.
  3. Select whether to Extract Item Master data.
  4. Select an Item Group for which to extract data.
  5. Select whether to Extract Item Location data.
  6. Select a Company for which to extract data.
  7. Select whether to Exclude Cost data in the Item Location (ITL) Extract field. If you select Yes, then these cost fields are blank in the output:

    • ITL-STD-COST

    • ITL-FUT-STD-COST

    • ITL_LAST-REC-COST

    • ITL-LAST-ISS-COST

    • ITL-AVG-ADD-ON-COST

    • ITL-AVERAGE-COST

    • ITL-OVERHEAD-UCOST

  8. Submit report.
  9. These CSV files are created in the $LAWDIR/productline/interface folder from the data files specified. File names and path can be renamed if desired:
