Managing bank charges
Once bank charges are imported and released, you can approve a charge or dispute it. Charges can be disputed if they are not in Approved status. When a charge is approved, the administrator either closes or rejects the charge. By closing a charge, no further changes are possible and the invoice is updated with the final expense distributions. By rejecting a charge, the cardholder can review the charge and make changes.

the administrator when a bank charge is disputed

the administrator when a charge is approved by the cardholder

the cardholder when a charge was rejected by the administrator
