Defining employee relocation preferences

Note: If an applicant is hired through a personnel action, information from Applicant Relocation (PA38.1) transfers.

Track information about an employee's relocation preferences.

To define relocation preferences

  1. Access Relocation (PA24.1).
  2. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Relocation

    Select the place to which the applicant does or does not want to relocate. This is a required field.

    Status

    Select the employee's relocation status. This is a required field.

    Priority

    When the relocation status is Requested Transfer or Will Transfer, select the value that indicates the employee's preference of relocation areas.

  3. Chose the Add form function.
