Defining emergency contacts
Track information about your employee's emergency contacts.
To define emergency contacts
- Access Emergency Contacts (PA12.1).

Complete the form using the following guidelines:
- Contact

Type an emergency contact identifying number. If you leave this field blank, the application assigns a unique sequence number to each emergency contact you define.
- Last Name

Type the last name of the emergency contact person.
- First Name

Type the first name of the emergency contact person.
- Middle Initial

Type the middle initial of the emergency contact person.
- Relationship

Type a description of the relationship between the emergency contact and the employee.
- Select the Add form function.
- To define additional contacts, change the number in the Contact field. Clear the previously defined fields and return to step 2.
