If an applicant is hired through a personnel action, this information will transfer to Medical (PA15.1) and to Work Restriction, Accommodation (PA15.2). Personnel actions

To define an applicant's medical work restrictions

Access Applicant Medical (PA40.1).
Complete the form using the following guidelines:

Last Physical

Type the date of the applicant's last physical.

Work Restriction

Select up to four work restriction codes.
Select the Add form function.
