Defining applicant certification

Define an applicant's certifications to track this information. The Personnel Administration uses certification information to determine whether an applicant is qualified to perform a job or position.

If an applicant is hired through personnel action, this information will transfer to Certification (PA22.1). Personnel actions

To define an applicant's certifications

Access Applicant Certification (PA36.1).
Complete the form using the following guidelines:

Certification

Select a certification code that represents the applicant's certification.

Renewal Date

Type the date the certification needs renewal.

Ren Cyc (Renewal Cycle)

If the certification needs renewal, select the frequency of the renewal.
Select the Change form function.
