Assigning health and safety test to job and position codes

You can override eligibility for certain employees. Overriding health and safety test eligibility

Assign eligibility or ineligibility to tests for a particular job code or position code. When you specify eligibility or ineligibility for a particular test, you determine whether employees who hold a job or position should take the test.

To assign health and safety test to job and position codes

  1. Access Position,Job Test Eligibility (PA48.4).
  2. Select a job code or a position code, but not both.
  3. In the Test field, select the test.
  4. In the Eligible field, select the value that indicates whether the test is eligible for the job or position code.
  5. Select the Add form function.
