Registering by session override

Register employees into a session overriding course prerequisites, enrollment limits, registration start or end dates and course approval requirements.

To register by session override

  1. Access Session Registration Override (TR20.3).
  2. In the Course field, select the course.
  3. In the Session field, select the session. The start date of the session will default into the Start Date field.
  4. In the Company field, select the company for which the employees work.
  5. In the Registration Information section, use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Employee

    Select the employee. This is a required field.

    St (Status)

    Select the employee's registration status. If you do not select a status, Confirmed defaults. This is a required field.

  6. Select the Add form function.
