Defining an EEO-1 company

Set up the EEO-1 report for a company. The parameters you select become the report heading in EEO-1 Report (PA390) for a single establishment company. For a multi-establishment company, the parameters become the default report heading for each establishment.

The EEO-1 report uses an employee's gender and ethnic background information from Employee (HR11.1). The EEO categories are associated with each job code on Job Code (HR06.1).

For more information, see the Infor Human Resources User Guide, EEO-1 report, and EEO establishment.

For organizations required to submit EEO-1 reports, the EEO-4 or EEO-5 Report field on Company (HR00) must be set to No.
