Tracking requisition costs

After you define the requisition, track the costs of hiring an applicant. Track general costs, such as advertisements, or costs specific to an applicant.

To create a requisition

  1. Access Requisition Costs (PA44.1).
  2. In the Requisition field, select the requisition for which you are tracking costs.
    Note: If you use Lawson Organizational Effectiveness, the Reason field should map to the cost categories defined by Saratoga.
  3. Complete the form with the information needed for tracking.
  4. Select the Change form function.
