Defining company property

Track company property for which the employee is responsible.

To define company property

  1. Access Company Property (PA16.1).
  2. Complete the form using the following guidelines:
    Property

    Select the property code.

    Issued

    Type the date the property was issued to the employee.

    Expected

    Type the date the employee is expected to return the property.

    Returned

    Type the date the employee has returned the property.

    Asset

    Type the asset number of the issued property.

    Component

    Type the component number of the issued property.

    Value

    Type the value of the issued property.

  3. Select the Add form function.
