Defining applicant education

Define an applicant's education to track on the educational background of the applicant. This information is considered when selecting qualified applicants for a job or position.

If an applicant is hired through personnel actions, this information will transfer to Education (PA20.1). Personnel actions

To define an applicant's education

Access Applicant Education (PA34.1) .
Complete the form using use the following guidelines:

Degree

Select the degree which the applicant has earned or the level of education the applicant has reached.

Subject

Select the subject the applicant studied.

Institution

Select the institution the applicant attended.

Rating

Type the applicant's grade point average or any other level that represents the applicant's educational performance.
Select the Change form function.
