Updating assigned resource counts

If you do not use automatic counting, have turned it off temporarily, or have changed a position rule, the assigned resource counts displayed in Assigned Resources (PA11.1) might not be current. Update the assigned resource counts using Recalculate Assigned Resources (PA111).

To update assigned resource counts

  1. Access Recalculate Assigned Resources (PA111).
  2. Complete the form.
  3. Submit the job.
