  1. Access Applicant Military Service (PA39.1).
  2. Complete the form using the following guidelines:
    Branch

    Type the applicant's branch of service.

    Specialty

    Type the applicant's service specialty.

    Rank

    Type the applicant's rank.

  3. Select the Add form function.
